Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repack your items in their original SHO packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your box before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
